Step by Step Design Process

After submitting your initial design request, I’ll send you a link to book your consultation call.

During this call, we will get to know one other, discuss your business & brand goals, and decide if we are a good fit for one another.


I’ll begin by creating a moodboard that captures the look, feel and style for your brand. 

Based on the information you provided during your client homework, I will design 3 logo styles for you to choose from for your final logo design.

You'll choose the one you like best, and then I'll refine it over three revisions.  

Your brand board will include your main logo, 2 logo variations, submarks, colors, fonts, patterns, icons, and photography style.  You will have three design revisions to get it just right.


Following our initial consultation, and once you’ve decided that we are a perfect fit, you’ll need to pay 25% deposit to book your spot on my schedule.

 You will then need to pay 50% of the remaining invoice on the date of the start of your project.

The final 50% is due at the end of the project.

All invoices must be paid before release of final design files or launch of your website.


Now that you brand design is done, I'll create website mockups for your page layouts. 

 You will have three revisions to request changes.  

Once you have approved them, I will create them to suit your final website design. 


We will both review and sign the contract confirming that we agree to the terms of the project.

The week before your project starts, we’ll meet for a 1 hour 'kickoff' call.

 You'll be able to book additional calls, if needed.

For quick questions, you'll be able to contact me through your client portal.


You will get a private link and password to view your website and request any final changes.

Before I give your final design files and website, you will need to pay your final payment invoice.

After payment, you will receive your finalized brand templates, files, and images in your Dropbox and I will give you access to your website.



You'll need to fill a secret Pinterest board with design inspiration, and complete an in-depth branding and website questionnaire.  

Your written website content will be due after the brand design is completed. 

I will provide you with a website planning and written content writing tools and instructions to help you.


After the launch of your website, you will be able to schedule a website training session where we will walk through how to use and maintain your Squarespace website.

You will also have 30 days of email technical support.
